LB Riding specializes in high-quality motorcycle accessories, with a focus on innovative products such as the Start/Kill Switch. Our offerings are designed to enhance the rider experience through convenience and reliability.

Are your products compatible with other brands?

Our current product line is specifically designed for Beta trail riders. We are exploring options for other brands, so please check back for updates.

How does the installation process work for your products?

Our products, including the Start/Kill Switch, feature a plug-and-play installation process. This design allows for straightforward setup, enabling riders to quickly integrate our accessories into their motorcycles without extensive technical knowledge. If you need a helping hand or have questions, contact us for assistance.

How long does shipping take?

We typically ship orders within 2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. For orders over $50, we offer free shipping, which usually takes 2-8 business days to the lower contiguous 48 states.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the U.S. We are exploring expanding our shipping options in the future, so please check back for updates.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Yes, we offer expedited shipping options via UPS, including 3 Day Select and 2nd Day Air. Orders received by 12 pm ET will be shipped the same day, ensuring prompt delivery for urgent needs.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Currently, we do not offer in-person pickups as we operate solely online.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed. 

What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We take pride in our products and will gladly provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, as quickly as possible.

What is your return policy?

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate the return process, please contact us, and we will assist you in making it right. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the return is received.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.
