At LB Riding, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to be completely confident in every purchase.
Returns and Refunds If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date. Simply contact me to initiate the process and I will make it right. Once your return is received, I will refund to your original payment method.
I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at Jack@lbriding.com. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Defective or Damaged Items I take pride in our products, but if you receive an item with a defect or damage, please let me know. I will gladly provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, as quickly as possible.
