Return Policy for Beta RR Parts & Accessories at LB Riding

 

Returns and Refunds

Not fully satisfied with your order? You can return it within 30 days of your purchase date. Whether it’s a sprocket that doesn’t match your riding style or a handlebar set you’d like to swap, we’ve made the process simple. Contact us at jack@lbriding.com with your order number and a brief note (e.g., “Air filter didn’t fit my Beta RR 250”). We’ll send you return instructions within 24 hours. Items must be unused and free of wear—excluding those associated with attempting to install or mount to your Beta. Once we receive it, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days, squaring you away by the next weekend.

 

Defective or Damaged Items  

We take pride in our Beta 2-Stroke gear, but if you receive a defective or damaged item—like a cracked chain guide or a dented exhaust—let us know right away. Email or call us at 704-793-7966, and we’ll cover the replacement or refund, including shipping costs. Our goal is to keep your Beta running strong, so we’ll resolve issues quickly and hassle-free.
